“The synergies of these two companies were almost too good to be true. The New York market has become increasingly competitive in the last two years, so we were looking for a way to increase our service levels while reducing operation costs. We came across a company with a perfect set of complimentary offerings and have combined our operations. We now have the capabilities of a much larger company, offering 24x7 network monitoring, in-house help-desk and a superior service ticketing system. We now have that competitive edge we have been looking for.”
- Larry Frydman, Founder and President, CPUSA
“Bringing CPUSA under our corporate umbrella was a win-win opportunity for not only our two firms, but also for our now combined customer base. Our proprietary model for delivering an IT Managed Service offering has been benefiting small and medium businesses since 2003. We’ve been able to do more for less in the interest of providing a superior service level while keeping our overhead low. By passing on these cost savings to our customers, we are able to address the concerns of small businesses during a depressed economic time and provide a lower, more predictable IT budget. We know that few small businesses can afford to deal with expensive surprises, so we eliminate the risk and guesswork involved in maintaining their IT systems. We strive to take the fear out of investing in technology by delivering an experienced and reliable IT team that our customers feel confident in. We’ve already celebrated great success in deploying our model to our established clients in the New York area.”
