What the High Performer Designation Actually Means 

G2 places providers into one of four quadrants based on two factors: customer satisfaction scores and market presence. The High Performer designation goes to providers with high satisfaction scores regardless of size, meaning the rating is driven purely by what paying clients say, not by how big the company is or how much it spends on marketing. 

Every review is submitted through a verified LinkedIn account or business email address. Providers cannot influence their scores by spending money with G2, and G2 staff add no subjective input to the ratings. 

Recognized as a High Performer in Managed IT Services, Spring 2026 

In the Spring 2026 report, 26 verified clients gave Corsica strong marks across every satisfaction category: 

  • 90% said they would recommend Corsica 
  • 95% rated our level of professionalism 
  • 92% rated ease of doing business

  • NPS of 74 

Scores Continued to Climb in Summer 2026 

Corsica improved across the board for every major metric in the Summer report. Our NPS score climbed 7 points, from 74 to 81, and our review count grew from 26 to 32. With a 4.6 out of 5 rating overall, clients rated Corsica: 

  • 97% gave us 4 or 5 stars 
  • 92% likelihood to recommend 
  • 96% professionalism 
  • 94% ease of doing business 
  • 93% team expertise 
  • NPS of 81
